How many times has your team participated in the event?

This will be our second event

What is the design philosophy behind your solar car?

Our car is a step towards a lean racing machine - minimising loss and maximising power. Every part of the car is tailored towards this goal.

What is unique about your solar car?

Nearly every system on the car (with the exception of the motor) is bespoke - in this way, we can ensure that every system works harmoniously and effectively with the car as a whole.

Why does your team value participating in the Bridgestone World Solar Challenge?

We're taking this opportunity to apply and develop our skills, and see how we compare to the best of the world. At the same time we're attempting to build technology for the future - where's the downside?

What is the one thing your team is looking forward to when you visit Australia?

We're not visiting Australia - we live here - but we're still looking forward to the trip - camping with a group of your mates while racing something you've built yourself is a lot of fun.
